What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum orders vary by product. For most commodities, our minimum is 20 MT per shipment. We can accommodate smaller trial orders for new buyers — please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Do you offer FOB or CIF pricing?
Yes, we offer both FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) pricing. Simply specify your preferred incoterm and destination port when requesting a quote and we'll provide pricing accordingly.
What documentation is provided with shipments?
Standard documentation includes: Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, and Quality/Weight Certificates. Additional certificates can be arranged on request.
How long does delivery take?
Transit times vary by destination: India 25–35 days, China/Vietnam 30–40 days, Europe 35–50 days. We'll provide an estimated delivery schedule with your quote based on current vessel availability.
Can I request a sample before placing an order?
Yes, we can arrange commodity samples for serious buyers. Please contact us with your details and we'll discuss sample availability and courier arrangements. Sample charges may apply depending on the commodity and destination.
What payment terms do you offer?
We accept Letter of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfer (TT), and Documentary Collection (DP/DA) depending on the buyer's credit history and order value. Terms are agreed during contract negotiation.
